OEM customer satisfaction.
PRIOR RELATED EXPERIENCE
Prior to being acquired by Enjet Aero, Dana was owner and CEO of both Metal Spinners and Jet Engine Technology with more than 32 years of jet engine parts experience and knowledge. His expertise has also been actively involved in the development of parts for virtually every new engine produced by GE since the 1980’s, and he continues to be an industry expert and resource in sheet metal fabrication for industry-leading aerospace customers.
Through his leadership, Dana has provided guidance and empowerment to drive performance and employee engagement. The results have been steady and consistent annual growth that resulted an 8 fold increase in sales from the time Dana took over as CEO of the business in the 1990’s. Considered one of the best “New Product Introduction” sheet metal fabrication companies, Dana grew his family-owned businesses from 12 people to 75, with increasing profitability, winning several awards for price, quality and delivery along the way.
