ROLE / RESPONSIBILITY
Eric is responsible for all operations, quality standards and timely delivery in the manufacturing of small to medium-sized jet engine components and assemblies at the Terre Haute, Indiana facility.
PRIOR RELATED EXPERIENCE
Eric possesses 20 years of aerospace industry experience and knowledge, including 14 years as the General Manager and Chief Operations Officer for JWS Machine and Stark Industries, which were both acquired by Enjet Aero in 2018. Additionally, he has significant prior experience as a Quality Manager, and he also served four years in the United States Army’s Ordnance Corps as a Maintenance Officer and Division Headquarters Executive Officer.
Under Eric’s leadership, the Terre Haute facility has maintained excellent ratings in quality and on-time delivery. His well-coordinated team is also responsible for multiple, successful new product introductions for several GE Engine platforms. What started out as a 5-person shop, now has more than 80 employees with revenue that has grown nearly 5 fold in the last five years.
