ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Chad serves as the strategic face to the customer responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all facets of the value stream from quote to delivery.  In this capacity, he oversees the development and delivery of key customer program reviews documenting execution milestones and joint action plans.  He also works closely with customers to ensure sufficient capacity plans are in place across the company in order to support program deliveries over the long term.  

PRIOR RELATED EXPERIENCE

Chad is a 1993 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served nine years of active duty service in Army Aviation. As a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot, he led teams of up to 240 people in a variety of roles and missions. Chad started his manufacturing career with General Electric Company in 2002 as a Supply Chain Commodity Leader. Later, he joined Honeywell Aerospace as a continuous improvement Change Agent. In 2006, he joined what would become Valent Aerostructures, and later LMI Aerospace, serving as a Program Manager and then General Manager.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Chad has been certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert. While in leadership at LMI Aerospace, he helped oversee revenue growth from $28M to over $68M in less than five years. Chad’s focus on delivering a quality part on time, combined with a disciplined approach to program management and customer communications, was instrumental in supporting growing customer needs.
