ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

As Chief Quality Officer, Joshua is responsible for establishing and leading Enjet Aero’s overall quality strategy, ensuring that aerospace products, processes, and operations consistently meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and applicable aerospace quality certifications.

PRIOR RELATED EXPERIENCE

Joshua is a proven aerospace leader with over 20 years of progressive aerospace experience in continuous improvement, operations and quality. Most recently having both developed and lead multiple quality organizations, as well as has held various VP level Positions in Quality and Operations. Joshua began his aerospace manufacturing journey at Boeing with over 10 years of both commercial and defense manufacturing, he has since held various positions at private equity companies including General Manager, and VP of Quality and Operations.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Joshua has played a pivotal role in the development, deployment, and sustainment of multiple aerospace quality standards and enterprise-level quality systems. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic leadership in building multiple Quality organizations from the ground up, including Quality Management Systems, metrology and measurement capabilities, supplier and customer quality functions, and enterprise-wide training and competency development initiatives. Joshua holds multiple master’s degrees, including an MBA, a Bachelor of Science, and numerous professional certifications. He also earned Lean+ and Six Sigma certifications during his leadership tenure at Boeing, further strengthening his expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, and data-driven organizational transformation.
