ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Chief Technology Officer, Chaitra provides technology and engineering leadership across all of Enjet Aero to drive the levers related to operational productivity and efficiency, product quality and product cost.  He is responsible for driving product engineering and technology excellence and ensuring that the organization delivers exceptional quality and performance required of aerospace grade hardware at cost and to schedule.

PRIOR RELATED EXPERIENCE

Chaitra is a proven aerospace executive who has managed various aspects of the industry sector over a 30-year career.  Most recently, he served as Vice President of the Aerospace and Rail sector for a large multinational technology services firm.  Prior to that role, Chaitra served in senior roles in Operations and Engineering at Raytheon Technologies, GE Aerospace and Northrop Grumman.  Chaitra earned his MBA from The University of Chicago and his PhD and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Wyoming and Bangalore University, in Southern India, respectively.
